Appointments may be made online (MGN), by telephone or in person. Please make one appointment for each member of the family who needs to be seen. We try to keep to time but please be patient if someone before you takes longer than planned.

Appointments are normally 15 minute slots and so if you have a complicated problem, or more than one problem, please ask for a longer appointment.

Please help us

If you are not able to attend your appointment please let us know in time so that the time can be used for someone else. The rate we charge for a 'no-show' is €30.

Urgent appointments

If we feel that your problem is urgent we can fit you in to see a doctor on the same day. The doctor's assistant may put you in touch with one of the doctors so that your condition can be assessed.

Telephone access

Please speak to an assistant to arrange a telephone consultation.

Should you require non-emergency telephone advice from the doctor or the praktijkondersteuner Somatiek/practice nurse, it is best to try between 8:30 am - 10 am where possible, or between 1 pm – 3 pm. Please appreciate that it may be necessary to ask you to either hold or ring back, should we be busy with another patients.
